I’ve heard of ladies night but ladies week…..

Warmup: 600 meter jog then

2 RDS 10 arm circles each way each arm

             10 walking lunges

             10 kips

             10 frankinstiens

WOD: Cindy 🙂  20 min amrap

5 pullups

10 pushups

15 air squats
