Coach Doug, I just wanted to thank you and the rest of the coaches for welcoming me into your box and making me feel like family the past couple of weeks. It's seriously been awesome and I'm glad I kickstarted my re-entry in to crossfit with you guys. I've had the opportunity to work out at many boxes and I can honestly say you guys are the best... My experience at Sandbox Athletics this past summer was really one of the best decisions I could have ever made. Before I ever even walked into the gym, the owner, Doug Lane, was already working with me to find out more about my athletic and training ability. When I went in for my first class, it was like I had been part of the Sandbox family for a while. Everyone was extremely friendly and helped me out through all of the WOD’s. The constant encouragement and cheering from both the coaches and athletes is what got me through each and every WOD. No matter how INSANE the workouts were, everyone pushed each other in order to crush those workouts. The coaches at Sandbox Athletics are beyond excellent at what they do. They are extremely approachable and assisted in everything and anything I needed help in. I could honestly go on forever about the coaches and people here at Sandbox Athletics! Best of all, I am in the greatest shape I have ever been in. Through the support of my Sandbox family, I can now preform lifts and bar work that I would have never expected myself to accomplish. I have reached a new level of endurance and strength, and I owe this success to Sandbox Athletics!
