Membership Levels

Find the right Private Training, Small Group Training, Muay Thai class, á la carte option, or package for you.

LANE'S FITNESS

  • Requires previous experience with Sandbox or a CrossFit-style facility. Completed “on ramp” or “foundations” recommended. After the new Sandbox Foundations student completes the initial Foundations classes they are encouraged to take these classes.

  • Certified and experienced coaches move at an “intermediate” to advanced pace.

  • Warmup (5-15 minutes) will be explained and demonstrated. Coaching Skills (will be broken down), and WOD (workout of the day) will be discussed before a count of “3-2-1, go!” will be given. Mobility/flexibility session of 5-10 minutes will usually follow most WODs.
