Strength Training / Weightlifting is for anyone interested in getting stronger. This popular training program developed from Coach Lane’s involvement with the Olympic Training Center, has a HEAVY emphasis on the power movements in Weightlifting. Programming is designed to compliment Group Classes and can be done on your own time during Open Gym time, or under the supervision of a Coach. Either way, you are sure to gain strength and power.


This programming is 3 days of additional Strength specific exercises that are emailed to you 24-48 hours prior to the week to be performed. Workloads are divided up to be slightly but progressively more difficult week by week. A typical 4 week cycle is 2-3 rotations, then we offer a 1 week “transition” to rest. Your coaches design the workouts with progressive overload, based on the US Olympic Training Center models, so that you don’t have to do any of the thinking.
