  • 7 Power Jerks
  • 250m Row
  • 2 Rds

WOD:

  • 200m Run
  • 5 Dips
  • 5 Tire Flips
  • 10 Air Squats
  • 10 Rds – Rx – 7 Rds=L2, 5 Rds = L3 – Bonus points = 20lb vest
