WARMUP: 5 pullups

                    10 pushups

                    15 air squats

                    20 kb swings

WOD: EMOTM for 10 min:  3 snatch pulls into 3 OHS at 85% of your snatch one rep max 

*after your 3rd snatch pull you must perform a full snatch to get the bar overhead, if you catch the bar in a low squat that will count as your first OHS
